CTM’s mission is: To empower our community to stay connected and informed by using digital media technology. We achieve that goal by broadcasting, recording and archiving almost every municipal meeting. We teach students media literacy and production, and we bring you school sports, concerts and more. Plus, we help any member of the community freely express themselves by creating their own video programming. In short, we give voice to the Chelmsford community.

To provide community, international and vocational service. We award scholarships to Chelmsford High School and UMass/Lowell, donate to Camp Paul and Alternative House, help with Boy Scouts, sponsor blood drives, support the library and Town Beautification Program.

The Chelmsford Republican Town Committee (CRTC) serves as Chelmsford’s source for Republican activism and is chartered through the Massachusetts Republican Party. Our membership represents all walks of life and includes all, regardless of race, gender, age, creed, profession, vocation, or socio-economic status.

To provide the opportunity for education, appreciation, and advancement of the art of quilting. Programs include guest speakers, show and tell, holiday parties, member workshops, round robins, mystery quilts and challenge quilts. At every meeting, you can join raffles for a theme-related fat quarter, wearing your guild name-tag and monthly swap blocks. You can also purchase tickets for raffle prizes. Guild members donate quilts for community projects, such as Chernobyl Children and Comfort Quilts for nursing home residents, and support local charities. As a guild member, you have access to both the expanding library and the monthly newsletter, and we do a quilt show every other year.

The Chelmsford Lions Club raises money through the management of the Country Fair during the Fourth of July Celebratrion on the Common as well as at The Fall Fair also on the Common. The proceeds raised are used to support several projects throughout our local community. Service Projects we support: -Massachusetts Eye Research Fund -Used Eyeglass Collections -Pennies For Sight -Eye Exams and Eye Glasses -EyeMobile -Diabetes Awareness -Camp for Kids with Diabetes -Eagle Scout Projects -Backpacks for Students in Need -Chelmsford Food Pantry ​-Wish Project -College Scholarships for Chelmsford High School and Nashoba Valley Technical High School

To have a strong voice in the community and be a vital part of its structure; to have a strong representation in town government; to give back to the community and patronize local businesses that belong to the Association. Services and activities include Chelmsford and North Chelmsford Holiday Decorating committees, the Chelmsford Economic Development Partnership, WinterFest, the Fourth of July parade (we build and enter a float each year), and the Annual Spring Town-wide Litter Clean-up.
