To have a strong voice in the community and be a vital part of its structure; to have a strong representation in town government; to give back to the community and patronize local businesses that belong to the Association. Services and activities include Chelmsford and North Chelmsford Holiday Decorating committees, the Chelmsford Economic Development Partnership, WinterFest, the Fourth of July parade (we build and enter a float each year), and the Annual Spring Town-wide Litter Clean-up. Eligibility
Any person, partnership, corporation, association, organization or other entity, public or private, interested in the welfare and development of the Town of Chelmsford, and that holds a valid business certificate in the Town of Chelmsford or that owns, leases, or rents commercial or industrial property in Chelmsford.
