Chinese Bible Church of Lowell (CBCGL) was established in 1989. CBCGL has three congregations that speak English, Mandarin and Cantonese. We have English and Chinese Worship on Sundays and fellowship and AWANA on Fridays.

We are working toward the day every child enters kindergarten ready to succeed.

We offer free and confidential support to survivors of sexual violence and their loved ones, including individual counseling, medical and legal advocacy, healing circles, and more. All our services are free and confidential, regardless of insurance, income, citizenship, or any other barriers. We are committed to serving survivors of all identities, expressions, and life experiences.

We identify and promote programs which are designed to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents who are 60 years of age and older. Special Services include transportation, nutrition, health, outreach, respite care, home care, fuel assistance, Adult Supportive Day Program, Meals on Wheels, support groups, recreational & social activities, the “Senior Citizen Messenger” monthly newsletter, and information & referral.

The Chelmsford Center for the Arts offers a wide variety of entertainment options from country, jazz, rock, and classical music…to art exhibits, children’s events, theater and dance. Attend world-class performances and events year-round!

The Chelmsford Library serves the intellectual, entertainment, and social needs of the Chelmsford Community. We have a variety of resources, programs, and services, available both at our main branch in Chelmsford center and our MacKay branch in North Chelmsford.

Our programs offer something for every age level. Whether you’re a resident of Chelmsford or one of the surrounding towns, there is a wide variety of courses and recreational activities to serve educational and enrichment needs, or for just plain fun! Our Childcare and Preschool services are enjoyed by children as young as 18 months through school age. To promote the hobby of photography; to learn, practice and enjoy photography for the fun of it through mutual help and support; to meet and share your enthusiasm for photography. Services: informational and inspirational outside speaker presentations, monthly competitions, and occasional workshops and field trips. Affiliated with New England Camera Club Council (NECCC).

The Fund exists to provide financial assistance in the form of scholarships to residents of Chelmsford who have completed secondary school and wish to continue their undergraduate education.
