Meetings

We have day centers and offices in Woburn and in Westford, and we have residential homes in several area towns.

Volunteers

NuPath is both open to finding volunteers from the community and to finding volunteer opportunities in the community for the people we serve. At NuPath, we are looking for volunteers to be buddies, to teach skills-based classes, to lead fun activities, to help with events, and more. The people at NuPath volunteer at food pantries, Meals on Wheels, recycling programs, and we are looking for more!

The Chelmsford Garden Club (Federated)

Advancement of gardening, development of home grounds, furthering of town beautification, stimulation of interest in gardening, aiding in protection of forests, wild flowers and birds. Services: civic services, conservation, environmental improvement, horticulture, and garden therapy. $1000 scholarship every other year.

Merrimack Valley Chorale

The Merrimack Valley Chorale (MVC) was conceived in the summer of 1982, for the purpose of presenting classical and popular choral music. The membership fully enjoys the music they sing while preserving and expanding the strong bonds of friendship, that exist within the chorale. Membership is open to all interested, with no auditions required. We hope you’ll join us at one of our concerts as either an audience member, or a member of the chorale.

Merrimack Valley Lead Poisoning Prevention Program

The Merrimack Valley Lead Poisoning Prevention Program (MVLPPP) was established in 1976, as a provider to the Massachusetts Department of Public Health Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Program (CLPPP). Originally, the service area covered Greater Lawrence communities. In 1979, the program expanded to Greater Haverhill and Greater Lowell serving a total of twenty-three (23) communities with emphasis to the core neighborhoods of Lawrence, Lowell, Haverhill and Methuen. The MVLPPP provides a full range of preventive services to children and their families, and others with an interest in the prevention of childhood lead poisoning.
